Add all the vegetables, green chilli, Tomatos and fry for sometime.</div><div style="text-align: left;">8. Pour 2 1/4 cup of water, add turmeric powder and salt. </p><p> 1. Mix Rice & Moong dal, wash it 3-4 times.</p><p>2. Put it into cooker , add salt, add 2.5 cups ,keep it for 3-4 whistles. Remove and keep it aside to get cool <br /></p><p>3. Powder the jaggery, put it in a pan with little water and heat it. Once jaggery dissolves and syrup became thicken, filter it and add it with the boiled rice and moong dal. Mix it well until it mixed with one another. <br /></p><p>4. Fry cashews and raisins in some ghee and add with the pongal.</p><p>5. Keep the pongal in the stove again and mix all together, add some ghee and remove from heat.<br /></p><p>6. 5. Urad Dal : 1/2 tsp<br />
6. Red chilli : 1 (cut into 3 pieces)<br />

<b>Preparation :</b><br />
<br />
1. Wash the dal, add 1.5 tumbler water, turmeric powder, boil it in a cooker, leave it for 3 whistle.<br />
2. Mash it well<br />
3. Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds, let it break, add urad dal, chilli fry it until urad dal gets brown, add cut onion, curry leaves fry it well until onion becomes brown.<br />
4. Add now the dal into this fry, add salt , ginger garlic paste, boil it for 3-4 mins. Remove from heat.<br />
<br />
You can use this for Rice as well Chapati. Mainly it is for Chapati.<br />

fry it and remove it from heat, add this into the dal, add tamarind juice and salt. leave it in the heat for about 3-4 mins. 7. Remove from heat, add cut coriander leaves. <br />

Now it is ready to serve.<br />

3. Once its boiled, remove and
spread it on a plate so that each grain will be separated.<br />
4. Cut all vegetables finely. </div>

5. Heat a non stick kadai., Add 2 tbsp of Oil, add cumin seeds. When it
splutters, add chopped onions. (Keep little onion aside to mix later.) Fry well, then add all the chopped
vegetables. Sauté well with the flame high. Keep sauteing till the
vegetables are crisp and well cooked. This dish requires the vegetables to be
crisp and not over cooked.<br />
6. Now add Ajinomoto, and Salt. Sauté well. Slowly add the
cooked rice and mix well. Add the pepper powder and adjust the salt. Sprinkle the balance onion over the rice.<br />
<br />
To cook Chicken :<br />
<br />
1. Pressure cook the chicken, add 1/4 tsp salt to taste, turmeric powder and Ginger Garlic paste, sprinkle water as required. (Dont add water)<br />
2. Remove the bones and keep the boneless chicken pieces
aside. </div>

Heat a pan with oil, add red chili powder. Sauté in the chicken pieces, sprinkle pepper powder

<b>Ingredients:</b><br />

1. Chicken – ½ kg, remove the skin, cut into medium size pieces<br />
2. Yogurt / Curd – 2 tspn<br />
3. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tspn<br />
4. Chicken 65 Masala : 2 tspn<br />
5. Chilli powder : 1/2 tspn (Home made powder) <br />
6. Egg – 1 (optional)<br />
7. Salt – ½ tspn<br />

8. Oil – to fry<br />

<b>Preparation :</b><br />
<br />
1. Clean the chicken, filter the water.<br />
2. Add all the ingredients mix it well.
Cover and keep it in frige for an hour time.<br />
3. Heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry the chicken pieces until it turns reddish
brown. <br />
4. Remove the chicken and put onto absorbent paper.<br />

8. Turmeric powder : little <br />

<b>Preparation :</b><br />
<br />
1. Boil potato in cooker. Leave it for 3-4 whistles.<br />
2. Peel the skin, Smash it<br />

3.Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it cracks, add Urad dhal, <span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10.0pt;">saute it
until brown.</span><br />
4. Add green chilli, onion, curry leaves. Fry it until brown<br />
5. Mis 1/2 cup of water, add the smashed potato's, Turmeric powder , salt<br />

<b>Ingredients :</b><br />
<br />1. White or Black Channa - 1 cup<br />
2. Salt<br />

4 Oil - 2 tbsp<br />
5. Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp<br />
6. Urad Dhal - 2 tsp <br />
7. Red chillies - 2 <br />
8. Curry leaves - 1 twigs<br />

<b>Preparation : </b><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />1. Soak Channa over night or Morning to Evening, Wash it, Put into Pressure cooker, leave it for 3 whistles. If it is not soaked well, (ie less than 12 hours) leave it for 6-7 more whistles. <br />
<br />
2. Remove the steam, filter it, add salt, mix it well . <br />
<br />
<b>Actually Sundal Recipe has to be completed as under : </b><br />
<br />3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, when it cracks, add Urad dhal, Break red chillies into 2-3 pieces and Curry
leaves.<br />
<br />
4. Fry it until Urad dhal turns into golden brown, add the drained Cooked Channa,
Coconut. Mix it well under flame for 2-3 mins.<br />

<b>Preparation:</b><br />

oil directly in the cooker, add aniseed, cinnamon, clove n bay leaf, saute it
until brown.</span></div>

chopped onions, fry it until brown, add garlic ginger paste saute it few mins, add
tomatoes saute it well, add turmeric powder, add now peeled cut potatoes mix it,
add cleaned chicken,add half of finely chopped coriander leaves, few curry leaves fry
it for 2-3 mins.</span></div>

powder, Salt, if required little water, close the cooker, wait for 3 sounds,
switch of the stove.</span></div>

cooker, mix the kozhambu well, if you want a thick gravy smash the potatoes(alone)
keep it under heat for 3-4 mins and add balance coriander leaves and curry
