Butter Chicken Masala
Butter Chicken Masala Ingredients 500-600g boneless chicken (or your choice) -2 onions - grind to paste -3-4 tomatoes - grind to paste -10-11 cashews - Grind to paste (usually I mix with tomato and grind) -2 spoons ginger garlic paste -Whole Garam masala (elaichi, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf) -1-2 teaspoon Garam masala powder -2 tsp chili powder -Fresh cream -Kasoori methi -Ghee/butter and oil Cooking method 1. In pan, put ghee and oil and whole Garam masala items till oil smells fragrant. 2. Add chicken roast for few mins, add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds. 3. Add onion paste( if you want you can chop finely also but paste gives better texture) it has to caramelize. 4. Then tomato paste, fry till it reduces and see oil come out from paste. 5. If you have cashew paste separate add now. 6. Add chili powder, very little turmeric and Garam masala.
