Butter Chicken Masala
Ingredients
500-600g boneless chicken (or your choice)
-2 onions - grind to paste
-3-4 tomatoes - grind to paste
-10-11 cashews - Grind to paste (usually I mix with tomato and grind)
-2 spoons ginger garlic paste
-Whole Garam masala (elaichi, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf)
-1-2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
-2 tsp chili powder
-Fresh cream
-Kasoori methi
-Ghee/butter and oil
Cooking method
2. Add chicken roast for few mins, add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
3. Add onion paste( if you want you can chop finely also but paste gives better texture) it has to caramelize.
4. Then tomato paste, fry till it reduces and see oil come out from paste.
5. If you have cashew paste separate add now.

Add chili powder, very little turmeric and Garam masala. Add water and
saute for a few seconds (tip if you have tandoori chicken masala powder,
it adds a nice flavour)
7. Add water to adjust consistency (should not be thick like paste)
8. Put half teaspoon of sugar.
9. Pour fresh cream and Sprinkle Kasoori methi on top.
Ready now, serve hot. :)
