Onion Chutney

 Ingredients :

Onion - 3 medium 

Red Chilies - 3 

Kari leaves - little

Tamarind - 3/4 finger size

salt - to taste

Mustard - 1/2 tbs

Urad dal : 1 tbs

Ginger : little

Garlic - 6-7 cloves  

Gingelly Oil - 3-4  tbs

Preparation:-

1. Cut onions into small pieces

2. Heat a pan, add oil. Put mustard , urad dal and fry. After , add karileaves, red chillies, ginder, garlic. Fry for sometime, then add onion and fry until it turns into little brown colour. 

3. Keep it aside to cool.

4. Put it in a mixie jar, add tamarind, salt and grind it. 

Onion Chutney is ready.

Serve with Idly , Dosa.
