Chicken 65

Ingredients:

1. Chicken – ½ kg,  remove the skin, cut into medium size pieces
2. Yogurt / Curd – 2 tspn
3. Ginger Garlic Paste : 2 tspn
4. Chicken 65 Masala : 2 tspn
5. Chilli powder : 1/2 tspn (Home made powder) 
6. Egg – 1 (optional)
7. Salt – ½ tspn

8. Oil – to fry

Preparation :

1. Clean the chicken, filter the water.
2.  Add all the ingredients mix it well.  Cover and keep it in frige for an hour time.
3.  Heat oil in a Kadai  and deep fry the chicken pieces until it turns reddish brown.
4.  Remove the chicken and put onto absorbent paper.

Now it is ready to eat..

(Note to Naveen :
1. Use wood Jalli Karandi
2.  You cant use this (fried) balance oil to other dishes, hence, use little required oil. )
