Potato Plain Fry
Ingredients :
1. Potato - 2
2. Chilli power - 2 tspn
3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
4. Salt
5. Oil - 4 tspn
Preparation:
1.
Peel Potatos, Cut into Small pieces as Amma does
2. Heat
oil in a pan, add potatoes , fry it until little brown.
3. Add
turmeric powder, Chilli powder, salt and saute it well.
4.
Spray little water, leave it for 2-3 mins
5. Again
fry it until the potatoes are crisp and fried well (If required add little more
oil while frying )
Can use side dish for Chapathi & Rice
