Capsicum Poriyal

Ingredients :

1. Capsicum : 2
2. Onion : 1
3. Tomato : 1
4. Chilli powder : 2 tsp
5. Turmeric Powder : little
6. Mustard : 1/4 tsp
7. Urad Dhall : 1/2 tsp
8. Cumin Seeds : 1/4 tsp
9. Fenugreek : 1/4 Tsp
10. Oil - 4 tsp
11. Curry Leaves - 1 twig

Preparation :
 
1. Wash and cut the capsicum into small pieces. Chop onion, Tomato finely.
2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add mustard. When it pops add urad dhal, cumin seeds and Fenugreek. Fry till urad dhal gets brown.
3. Add onion saute it well, then add tomato, capsicum and curry leaves for 1-2 mins.
4. Add turmeric , chilli powder and salt saute it well sprinkle water and close it in medium flame for few mins until capsicum is cooked soft.  In between open the cover and mix it.

It goes with Chapathi and Rice.
